1. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our products are non-returnable unless the product was faulty, broken or incorrect upon receipt. You may return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy outlined below.

1.1 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

1.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@serendipityfrance.fr with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note:

  • The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the product was faulty or incorrect upon receipt.
  • You may choose a preferred shipping method to return the item, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

1.3 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

 

Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product and do not include any original shipping fees paid at checkout unless the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item).

1.4 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@serendipityfrance.fr with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@serendipityfrance.fr. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item has been delivered.

4. Customs and Import Taxes (For International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UAE, you may be responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
