25% non-refundable deposit is required with your booking form please. The cleared balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival, together with a £150 returnable breakages deposit in the form of a seperate cheque

Changeover day

Our normal changeover day is a Saturday. Your cottage will be ready for your occupation at 4pm - we request that you vacate your cottage on the day you leave by 10am. Consideration will be given to alternate changeover days in low season.
